Capital Allowance
Capital allowances allow you to claim tax relief on assets you buy for your business. The value of these items can be offset against your company’s profits over time.
R&D Tax Credits are a UK tax incentive designed to encourage companies to invest in R&D. Companies can reduce their tax bill or claim payable cash credits as a proportion of their R&D expenditure.
Land Remediation Relief provides a deduction of 100%, plus an additional deduction of 50%, for qualifying expenditure incurred by companies in cleaning up land acquired from a third party in a contaminated state.

What exactly is a capital allowance claim?
Capital Allowances are retrospective claims based on the original purchase price of a commercial property.
It is not a contentious tax avoidance scheme or loophole but is based on established UK statutory law dating back to 1878.
Thousands of cases have already been submitted and paid out.
To be eligible the following criteria MUST be met:
- UK taxpayer - Own UK commercial property or a furnished holiday let (FHL) - Purchase price £500k+ - Cannot be owned by a pension, charity or developer - You MUST have paid UK tax in the last 2 years or are going to pay tax in the future
- No fees in advance of our report. - No additional survey fees. - Full UK coverage. - All work carried out by our own experienced staff. - s198 & s199 Election Service on sale and purchase of property.
- For 6 years after creating the report we will deal with any HMRC queries.
