We started in the Financial industry in 1990 becoming independent Financial adviser's with companies Regency Financial Planning and Central Mortgage Exchange in Cheltenham, then starting Fairwater Mortgage services in 2004.
When the financial crash happened in 2008 we were looking for another project as nobody wanted to lend money or invest into savings or pensions as it was such an uncertain time. We got introduced to Capital allowances by Portal tax and our initial reaction was this is too good to be true, but it is.

Our first client was a local guy that owned several pubs. The benefits he received not only helped him to refurbish one of his pubs but enabled him to purchase another Inn or two he was very surprised and impressed by the results.
We soon realised that people could see the results very quickly, and it is so much nicer when people can see the benefit of the work we are doing for them.
Since those early days, Casrad have been helping clients with their claims all up and down the country from 'The Lizard' in Cornwall to Northern Ireland.
The properties have also been a vast array of businesses. We have done holiday homes, B&Bs, golf courses, football & rugby stadiums, a polo club, a race course, shops, hospitals, dentist & doctors surgeries, holiday parks, hotels, pubs, nightclubs, casino's, amusement parks, nurseries, offices, an eco-farm and even a water tower.
